- Register and login to your Browse AI account
- Install the Browse AI extension on your browser
- Open the website from which you want to extract or monitor data
- Click on the Browse AI icon and select "Create a new robot".
- Select the data you want to extract on the web page and name them
- You can add more steps such as clicking, typing, scrolling, etc., if required
- Click "Save and Run" to see the data extracted by your robot.
- If you are satisfied, you can download the data as a spreadsheet or integrate it with other tools
- If you need to extract or monitor data on a regular basis, you can set up triggers for your robot, such as a specific time or recurring schedule

Calculation of credits
Browse AI credits are calculated based on the number of rows of data your bot extracts. For each row of data extracted, one credit is consumed. For example, if your bot extracts 10 rows of data from one web page, then you have consumed 10 credits. If your bot extracts 10 rows of data from 10 web pages, then you have consumed 100 credits. You can check your credit balance and usage on Browse AI's website.
How to upgrade or downgrade your pricing plan
You can upgrade or downgrade your pricing plan at any time on Browse AI's website. Simply click on your account settings, then select the pricing plan you want and follow the prompts to complete your payment or refund. Your pricing plan will be effective for the next billing cycle.
