Registration and preparation
- Enter your email address and basic information, submit and check the confirmation email.
- Login to the system and connect your mailbox (Gmail or Outlook supported). Authorize at "Connect your Gmail or Outlook".
- Set the target customer type. Enter conditions such as industry, company size, and job title on the setup page, and AiSDR will filter accordingly.
- Provide a link to a web page for your product or service (e.g., your company's official website) so that AI can learn about your business.
Create a contact program
- After logging in, go to the "Campaign Builder" page and click "New Campaign".
- Select the source of the customer:
- Upload List: Click "Upload Leads" to import CSV file.
- Sync with HubSpot: Click "Sync with HubSpot" and select the list.
- Use the database: enter conditions (e.g., "education industry + China") and AI automatically finds people.
- Set a goal, such as "Schedule a product demo". Add a calendar link (e.g. Calendly) and the AI will make an appointment automatically.
- Select a contact method (email, LinkedIn, SMS) and tap "Next".
- Check the email template generated by AI, adjust the content, confirm and click "Launch Campaign" to start.
