It supports multi-language learning and can quickly generate customized study aids such as notes, quizzes and flashcards to make the learning process easier and more organized. How to get started with YouLearn

Register & Login

1. Open your browser and enter the URL https://www.youlearn.ai/ to enter the official YouLearn website.
2. Click the "Sign Up" button on the upper right corner, fill in the e-mail address and password to complete the registration. If you already have an account, you can directly click "Login" to log in.
3. After successful registration, the system will jump to the user dashboard, which is the main interface for you to manage your learning content.

Uploading learning materials

1. In the dashboard, click the "Upload Content" button.
2. The system supports a wide range of file formats:
   • PDFSelect the PDF file in your computer (free version is limited to 20MB), click "Open" to upload.
   • YouTube videoCopy the video link, paste it into the input box and click "Submit" to submit.
   • Slides or other documents: Support PPT and other formats, drag and drop or select files to upload as prompted.
3. Once the upload is complete, AI automatically parses the content, usually in a few seconds to a few minutes (depending on file size).

Core Function Operation Flow

1. Intelligent Question and Answer

• Once the uploaded content has been parsed, click the "Chat" button next to the material to enter interactive mode.
• Enter a question in the dialog box, such as "What is wave-particle duality in quantum mechanics?"
• The AI will quickly answer based on the uploaded content and label the source of the answer (e.g. page 5 of a PDF or minute 3 of a video).
• If you need a more in-depth explanation, you can continue to pursue the question and the AI will gradually dismantle the complex concept.

2. Summary of content and chapter division

• By selecting the "Summary" option on the Materials page, the AI generates a concise summary highlighting key information.
• By clicking on "Chapters", the system divides the content into chapters logically, and the user can jump directly to the part of interest.
• For example, to upload a 50-page economics PDF, the AI might divide it into chapters on "Supply and Demand Theory," "Market Structure," etc. for quick orientation.

3. Generating learning tools

• Click on the "Tools" button and select the type of tool you want to generate:
  • Flashcards: The AI extracts keywords and definitions and generates editable flashcards that allow users to mark highlights or delete unwanted content.
  • Quizzes: Generate multiple-choice or fill-in-the-blank questions based on content to help users self-test their mastery.
  • Notes: Automatically organize core concepts, formulas or data to generate structured documents.
• Once generated, all tools can be downloaded as a PDF or saved online for review at any time.

4. Learning resource management

• Click on "Spaces" to create learning spaces, such as "Physics Review" or "Career Skills Enhancement".
• Drag and drop relevant materials into the space, supporting the addition of multiple links or files to form a thematic learning library.
• Each space operates independently and the AI provides comprehensive answers based on all the content within the space.

• Multi-language support: When uploading non-English content, you can select the target language (e.g. Chinese) in the settings, and the AI will translate and answer. For example, after uploading a Japanese PDF, you can directly ask questions in Chinese and get a reply in Chinese.
• Source verification: After each answer, the AI displays the source of the information (e.g., "from chapter 2, paragraph 3"), and the user can click on the jump to check and ensure the accuracy of the learning.
