Using Help

Real-time voice transcription

1. Log in to your Nota account and click the "Instant record" button to open the recording interface.
2. Select the desired recording mode (audio only or audio/video) and grant microphone privileges.
3. Start speaking and Notta will transcribe the speech to text in real time.
4. When the recording is finished, click the red button to stop recording and the text recording will be saved automatically.

Summary of the meeting

1. After recording or uploading an audio file, Notta automatically generates a text transcript.
2. Click on the "Generate Summary" button and Notta will generate a summary of the meeting based on the text record.
3. Summary content includes decisions, action items and customer insights that users can copy and share to Slack or email.

Multi-platform support

1. Notta supports PC, Mac, Android, and iOS devices, allowing users to log into their accounts and use Notta on any device.
