- Invite Fireflies.ai to the conference: When scheduling a meeting, add Fireflies.ai as a participant and it will automatically join and start transcribing.

- Search & Analysis: Use the search function to find specific session content, and the analytics tool to view data such as speaking times, sentiment analysis, and more.

Detailed Operation Procedure
- Register & Login::
- Visit the Fireflies.ai website, click on the "Register" button and fill in the necessary information to complete your registration.
- Once registration is complete, log in to your account using your registered email and password.
- Connecting to the conference platform::
- After logging in, go to the "Settings" page and select "Connect to Meeting Platform".
- Follow the prompts to select your popular conferencing platform and authorize Fireflies.ai access.
- Invite Fireflies.ai to the conference::
- Add Fireflies.ai's email address as an attendee when scheduling a meeting.
- Fireflies.ai will automatically join the session and begin transcribing in real time.
- View Meeting Minutes::
- Once the meeting is over, log into your Fireflies.ai account and go to the Meeting Notes page.
- View automatically generated minutes, summaries and action items.
- Search & Analysis::
- On the Meeting Minutes screen, use the search box to enter keywords to quickly find related meetings.
- Click on the "Analyze" button to view data such as speaking time, sentiment analysis, etc. for the meeting.
- Collaboration and sharing::
- In the minutes, click the "Add Comment" button, enter your comment and save it.
- Use the tagging feature to mark important content for easy subsequent searching.
