Using Help

Register & Start

  1. Click "Sign Up" to register and log in with your email or existing account.
  2. Log in and go to the dashboard to start managing files and analyzing data.
  3. New users can enjoy a 14-day free trial with no complicated setup.

File Upload and Analysis

  1. Click on "Upload" in the dashboard.
  2. Select local files (support documents, images, videos, etc.) and support drag-and-drop upload.
  3. Once uploaded, AI automatically analyzes it and generates a summary to display next to the file.
  4. Thousands of files can be processed at once, making it suitable for large volumes of data.

  2. The system scans all documents and returns answers in seconds.
  3. Answers are based on datasets to avoid manual lookups.

Preservation of knowledge

  1. After viewing the AI summary, click "Save as Note".
  2. Enter key information, such as "The project budget is $100,000" and save it to the Knowledge Base.
  3. The system automatically recalls these notes the next time they are analyzed.
  4. Future support for multiple people editing notes in real time (in development).

Data collation

  1. Click on "Metadata" to view the automatically extracted information.
  2. The system extracts dates, keywords, etc. from documents and categorizes them automatically.

  4. Click "Organize" to organize the files in the project space.

Project space management

  1. Create a new project in Workspaces.
  2. Upload relevant files and store them centrally, not separated by user.
  3. Documentation is kept intact when team members join to avoid the impact of staff changes.

Secure sharing and collaboration

  1. Select the file and click "Share" to generate the link.
  2. Set permissions (e.g. read-only) and expiration times to send to external partners.
  3. Create a data room in Shares and invite clients to it.
  4. View access logs to track who downloaded or viewed files.
  5. Teams and clients can discuss documents in real time, with AI providing analytical support.

Real-time management

  1. View team updates in Project Space with files synchronized for display.
  2. Multiple people edit files at the same time to avoid version conflicts.
  3. The system sends intelligent notifications based on roles to avoid information overload.
  4. All communication records are left next to the file, so there's no need to rummage through emails.
