Using Help

Installation and Initial Setup

Extrovert does not require a software download and is accessed directly through your browser. https://app.goextrovert.com/auth/register Register for an account. After registering, users need to connect their LinkedIn account as follows:

  1. register an account: Open the registration link and enter your email and password to complete the registration.Extrovert offers a 7-day free trial with no immediate payment required.
  2. Connect with LinkedInOnce you are logged in, click on "Connect LinkedIn Account", LinkedIn will ask for email or SMS verification, which will take about 1-5 minutes. Make sure to stay on the page until the connection is complete.
  3. Setting the contextInput company information (e.g., company name, industry, core products) and personal information (e.g., professional background, interests) on the Settings page. This information helps the AI to generate reviews that better match the user's style. It doesn't matter if the information is not perfect, it can be updated at any time.
  4. Founding activities: Click "New Campaign" on the "Campaigns" page, name the campaign (e.g., "Enterprise Customer Outreach"), and set the timeframe for the targeted dynamic posts (Default: 30 days). 30 days, can be adjusted to fresh posts only).

Main function operation flow

1. Uploading lists of potential clients

On the "Audience" page, create a list of potential clients and name it (e.g. "Startups" or "European Clients"). Manually enter a link to your LinkedIn profile, or bulk upload a CSV file. Once uploaded, Extrovert will pull LinkedIn data for each prospect within 3-5 minutes to ensure account security. Once completed, the client's latest news will appear on the 'Comments' page.

2. Viewing and approving comments on AI recommendations

  • Dynamic feedOn the "Comments" page, Extrovert displays the prospect's LinkedIn posts, sorted by relevance, and the AI filters out irrelevant content based on topics set by the user, such as "Sales Automation Questions" or "Remote Team Management".   • Comments and suggestions:: Under each post, the AI generates 1-3 draft comments, incorporating company information and personal background provided by the user. Comments come with "likes" by default, which can be turned off or changed to other responses.
  • Approval Process: Users can choose to "approve", "reject" or "edit" comments. Click "Edit" to adjust the tone, length, or add specific points. Click on 🔄 button to generate a new version of the comment. Approved comments will enter the "Pending" status and will be automatically posted at a time interval set by the user (default 1 day).

3. Managing frequency of interaction and security

Users can adjust the limit and operating hours (recommended to set to working hours) in "Settings".

5. Data analysis

On the Campaigns page, click Audience to view lead interaction data, including posting frequency, number of interactions, and most recent interaction time. Team performance reports can be exported by campaign or client list to analyze which tactics worked best.
