Cora Intelligence is a cloud-based tool that requires no downloads or installations and is used directly through your browser. Below is a detailed how-to guide to help you get started quickly and take full advantage of its features.
Register & Getting Started
Click the "Start for Free" button on the home page. No credit card is required, just enter your email and password to sign up. You'll get a free lead data credit when you sign up. Once logged in, you'll be taken to the main screen to start exploring the features.
Setting up data collection tasks
After logging in, click "New Task". Select the type of data, such as "Leads", "Store Data" or "Company Information". For example, enter a keyword (e.g. "Restaurant Manager") and set the filter criteria, such as region or company size. Click "Start" and the system automatically searches and extracts data through AI. Results include name, email, phone number, etc., and are usually completed within minutes.
Getting Store Data
If you need to know the store information, go to "Shop Data Discovery". Enter the name of the target store or a product keyword (e.g. "Sneakers") and click "Search". The system will return whether the store sells the product, the price range, and other publicly available data. The results are displayed in the task list and can be viewed at any time.
Analyzing company information
In the Company Data module, enter a company name or industry (e.g., "Technology Company") and click Analyze. Cora Intelligence will retrieve publicly available information such as company address, size and contact information. This data can be useful in developing a sales strategy.
Customized Data Requirements
Click on "Custom Data" and enter specific requirements, such as "product price" or "name of person in charge". After submitting, the system will search and return results according to the requirements. For example, if you want to know whether a company purchases similar products, enter the relevant conditions and you will see the analysis in a few minutes.
Data storage and management
All collected data is automatically saved to the "Cora Database". You can see the results of all tasks by clicking on "Database" in the main screen. The data is categorized by project and supports searching and filtering. Click on any item to view details or export to CSV file.
