Operational example: exploring the needs of coffee shop customers
Suppose you run a coffee shop and want to understand what motivates customers to visit the store:
- Create a project and enter the objective "Discover why customers come back more often".
- The system generates outlines such as "How often do you come to the coffee shop?" "What is the main purpose of your visit?" .
- Simulated interviews with a synthetic user, a 30 year old office worker, found that "relaxation" was a common motivation, and adjusted the question to add "What do you think of the environment of the coffee shop?". We adjusted the question by adding "What do you think about the environment of the coffee shop?".
- Links were generated, 50 real customers were invited to participate, and Ava completed all the interviews in one day.
- View result: Transcript display 60% Customer came in for "quiet atmosphere" and the system suggested "optimize in-store music and seat comfort".
tip
- Multilingual interviews: If your users are from different countries, don't forget to select the corresponding language in the settings and Ava will switch it automatically.
- deep-rooted: Use the "Ask More" function on the results page to enter specific questions (e.g., "What do users think about price") to get targeted insights.
- Data export: Click the "Export" button to download the transcribed text or analysis report as a PDF or Excel file.
With these steps, you can easily complete the entire process from study design to results analysis with Chikka, saving time and effort.
