Our batch run feature allows you to easily perform multiple tasks at the same time. This feature is a game-changer for users who have to deal with massive amounts of data scattered across countless detail pages. Its automated operation eliminates the tedious step of manually manipulating each URL individually, saving you time and increasing efficiency!
Here's a short video showing you how to use Browse AI's batch run feature.
To perform a batch run, you need to keep the following points in mind:
- You'll need two bots: one for extracting links (bot A) and one for grabbing the details in those links (bot B).
- After Robot A completes the task, it downloads the CSV file, goes to Robot B, clicks the "Batch Run" button and uploads the file. But...If you prepare a URL spreadsheet in advance that meets the Robotics B training requirementsYou can also upload it directly.
- Adjust the input parameters to make sure that the links in your spreadsheet are consistent with theOriginal URLMatch.
- You can pause or stop a batch running task at any time. Simply find and manipulate it in your robot's History tab:
More notes on credits:
Let's look at it specifically: let's say that your URL spreadsheet or web page only has 20 or 30 total data items, but when training bot B, you set it to process 100 data items. To make sure the batch runs smoothly, you need to have plenty of extra credits ready to support those 100 data items. But don't worry.Actually, it only costs 20 credits. The robots work precisely according to the amount of data you input. It's like preparing a party for more guests and only a few end up showing up.
Batch run and integration:
Our batch run feature is very powerful and can be used extensively in workflows and integrations. Please note, however, that you should try not to change the names of column headers after integrating a service or a spreadsheet such as Google Sheets. This is because the parameter settings made during the integration process may be affected, resulting in data extraction that is no longer smooth. If you do need to change a column name, be sure to re-parameterize it to avoid errors.
