Using Help

The use of 11X does not require a complicated installation process as it is a cloud-based platform. Users just need to register for an account and start experiencing its features. Below are the detailed operating instructions:

Register & Login

  1. Open your browser and type https://www.11x.ai/The
  2. Click the "Sign Up" button on the top right corner of the homepage.
  3. Fill in your email, password and company information, and you will receive a verification email after submitting.
  4. Click on the link in the email to activate your account, then log in with your registered email and password.

Setting Alice (AI Sales Development Representative)

  1. Access to the control panel
    Once logged in, click on the "Alice" option on the left menu to enter the settings page.
  2. Defining the target customer
    In Prospect Settings, enter your ideal client profile, such as industry, company size, or job title, and Alice will filter prospects based on this information.
  3. Configuration Contacts
    Select Alice to contact customers using email, LinkedIn, or another channel. Enter your email account or authorized LinkedIn account and the system will connect automatically.
  4. Initiate tasks
    Click "Start Campaign" and Alice starts searching for prospects and sending personalized messages. You can view real-time progress in the "Dashboard", such as how many emails have been sent or how many meetings have been scheduled.
  5. View Results
    Alice will synchronize scheduled meetings directly to your calendar, and lead information will be updated to the CRM system.

Utilization of Julian (AI Telesales Representative)

  1. Activate Julian
    Select "Julian" in the control panel and click "Enable Phone Agent".
  2. Setting up languages and scripts
    Choose the language Julian uses (over 30 languages are supported) and enter a simple dialog script, such as an introductory sentence or an answer to a frequently asked question.
  3. Enter phone number
    Provide a list of client numbers to be contacted, or have Julian pick from Alice's list of potential clients.
  4. Start dialing
    Click "Start Calling", Julian will automatically dial the number and communicate with the customer. The call logs and results will be displayed on the "Call Logs" page.
  5. Adjustment strategy
    Based on call feedback, modify scripts or target customer conditions to make Julian perform better.

Integrated CRM

  1. Find "Integrations" in "Settings".
  2. Select your CRM system (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and enter the account information.
  3. Click "Connect" and the system will automatically synchronize customer data and sales progress.
  4. Every time Alice or Julian updates customer information, the CRM reflects it in real time.

    Tick multiple contact channels (email, phone, LinkedIn) in the Campaign Settings, and Alice and Julian will use all of these methods to interact with customers at the same time. You can set the frequency of contact per day, e.g. up to 3 times per day per person.

    There is no need to make manual adjustments, the system will optimize the strategy based on customer response rates and interaction data. You can see the results on the "Analytics" page, such as how much the conversion rate has increased.

    In the Security option, verify that data encryption is turned on. If desired, you can download the SOC-2 Compliance Report.

  • When using it for the first time, it's recommended to start with a small test, such as having Alice contact 10 prospects first to see how it works.
  • If Julian's calls aren't working well, record a few samples of human conversation and upload them, and the system will mimic your tone of voice to improve it.
  • Regularly check the Dashboard to ensure that tasks are running properly.
